About the owner
Rob Venema
Rob comes from a family of carpenters, it's in his blood. He graduated from a 4-year journeyman program in 1990 and continued with the union until 1994. He then started Straightline Carpentry Construction in the early 90's and incorporated in 1996 as Silver V Construction, Inc. In 1997 he continued to do business as Rosemont Development as well. He has framed well over 2,500 units during his career, built and sold hundreds of homes, in addition to various remodel projects. The last ten years his portfolio has included developing land into buildable lots as well. Rob takes pride in his work and believes in building a quality product the right way. His integrity and attention to detail are evident in every project he completes.
